These Child Safety Standards are publicly available and apply to all Immigie users, profiles, posts, messages, chats, events, media, and interactions.
Immigie is an adults-only 18+ community app. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, sexualization of minors, or any conduct that exploits, harms, contacts, or endangers a minor.
1. Adults only
Immigie is intended solely for users aged 18 and over. Users must confirm they are 18 or older to register. Any account found to belong to a minor will be removed.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
The following are strictly prohibited on Immigie and may result in immediate account termination:
- Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Any Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
- Content that sexualizes, exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.
- Sextortion, blackmail, coercion, threats, or trafficking involving a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, creating, distributing, storing, linking to, or promoting CSAE or CSAM material of any kind.
- Any attempt to use Immigie to exploit, abuse, harm, groom, or endanger a child.
3. Prevention and detection
Immigie maintains safety measures to help prevent and respond to child-safety risks, including:
- Community standards that expressly prohibit CSAE and CSAM.
- In-app reporting and blocking tools available for profiles, posts, messages, chats, events, and other user interactions.
- Human review of reported content and accounts by our moderation team.
- Removal of violating content.
- Suspension or permanent banning of offending accounts.
- Removal of accounts found to belong to users under 18.
4. How to report a concern
Anyone can report child-safety concerns to Immigie.
- In the app: use the Report or Block option available on profiles, posts, messages, chats, events, or other user interactions.
- By email: child-safety@immigie.com
- If the dedicated child-safety email is unavailable, users may also contact support@immigie.com.
Reports involving child safety, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or suspected harm to a minor are reviewed by our safety team.
5. Our response and reporting to authorities
When Immigie identifies or is notified of CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or child-endangerment activity, we act promptly. Our response may include:
- Removing the content.
- Suspending or permanently terminating the account.
- Preserving relevant evidence where legally required or permitted.
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or appropriate regional, national, or local law-enforcement authorities.
- Cooperating with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
6. Compliance with child-safety laws
Immigie complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We are committed to maintaining policies, reporting tools, enforcement processes, and moderation practices that help prevent CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, and child endangerment on our platform.
7. Point of contact
Our designated child-safety point of contact is child-safety@immigie.com. This contact is available for child-safety concerns, Google Play communications, law-enforcement inquiries, and reports relating to CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or child endangerment.
